1. Returns
Eligibility:
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
- Items that are damaged, used, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund.
Timeframe:
- You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return. After 30 days, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Certain items are non-returnable, including:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Customized or personalized items
Return Process:

- We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on where to send your item.
- You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
2. Refunds

Partial Refunds:

3. Exchanges
Defective or Damaged Items:

- Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
